Earl Jorgensen
Earl Jorgensen served in the Army Air Corp as a bombardier. He flew missions over Italy and was shot down on his 48th mission over New Vienna. He was a POW from July ’44 to April ’45 and was liberated by Patton’s 3rd Army. Earl received the rank of 2nd Lieutenant by war end.
